Braunschweiger Pâté Spread

This Pâté is our son, John McDonald's favorite, and he makes it himself. Great for Christmas or New Year parties or any gathering!

Ingredients
8
oz cream cheese (room temperature/softened)
8
oz (1/2 lb) Braunschweiger liver sausage.
1
tbsp onion, chopped fine.
1
tsp lemon juice.
1
tsp Worcestershire sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Just a little milk for ease of spreading on crackers.
Directions
1.
Combine all ingredients well in a bowl with electric mixer.
2.
Form the Pâté into a ball and roll up in plastic wrap.
3.
Refrigerate for at least a few hours, overnight is better.
4.
Place in your favorite dish, and serve with your favorite crackers; watch it disappear!
