Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredients

cup butter (two sticks), melted

cups sugar

eggs

medium sized bananas, mashed up
2
cups regular flour
2
cups whole wheat flour
1
tsp salt
2
tsp baking soda
2/3
cup hot water
1
cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Directions
1.
Mix all together in a food processor or in a bowl using an electric beater
2.
Turn into greased loaf pans.
3.
Bake at 325 degrees
