Cream Cheese Dip

Boudreaux specialty. Generally served with pretzels and corn chips but is great with anything: vegetables, crackers, salami, etc.

Ingredients
2-8
oz blocks of cream cheese (i use one block regular and one block reduced fat)

tsp onion powder
2
tsp salt
1/2
cup of milk
Directions
1.
In food processor, place all ingredients and process until smooth. Add milk slowly and only add enough to create the desired thickness of the dip. My food processor is small so I have to make this in two batches, splitting the onion powder, salt and milk between each batch.
