Roasted Chickpeas, Cauliflower & Olives

head cauliflower cut into florets

jar green olives sliced no pimento

cloves garlic chopped

large can rinsed chickpeas

tbsp olive oil
1/2
tsp crushed red pepper
1/4
tsp salt
Directions
1.
Combine ingredients and toss with olive oil.
2.
Bake at 450° on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes stirring once.
