Roasted Butternut Squash & Onions

Ingredients
2 1/4
lb fresh butternut squash peeled & cut into 1 inch chunks
1
medium red onion halved & thinly sliced
1
tbsp Olive oil
1
tsp garam masala spice
1/2
tsp kosher salt
1/8
tsp black pepper
3
tbsp cilantro
Directions
1.
Toss ingredients to coat squash.
2.
Spray a baking sheet with Pam.
3.
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes stirring half way through.
4.
Sprinkle with 3 T. Cilantro
