Pan Sauteed Lemon & Garlic Halibut

Ingredients

halibut steaks

tbsp olive oil
2
tbsp lemon juice
2
tbsp basil
1
tbsp minced garlic
Directions
1.
Add all of the ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix well.
2.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of the sauce onto each fish fillet.
3.
Heat pan to medium high.
4.
Add a teaspoon of olive oil.
5.
Add the fish.
6.
Let saute on med-high for 4 minutes per side.
