Mousse Au Chocolat

My husband doesn't eat much sugar, but when I saw him go back for a second serving at a Swiss party, I knew this was a recipe I had to have.

Ingredients
8
oz Ghirardelli chocolate chips
6
tbls water
2
tsp vanilla
2
cups whipping cream
1/4
cup powdered sugar
Directions
1.
Melt chocolate and water in saucepan.
2.
Whisk in the vanilla. Allow to cool.
3.
Whip the cream.
4.
Add the powdered sugar.
5.
On low beater, blend in the chocolate.
6.
Scoop the chocolate mixture into a clear, glass bowl.
