cup Green Onions (diced - keep separate green and white parts)

strips of bacon (cut in 1/2 inch pieces)

Directions

Preheat Oven to 450 F

In a skillet, cook bacon until brown and crispy (8-10)

Cut off corn off the husk into a small bowl.

Turn on low, add red pepper and the white portion of the Green Onions. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes, then add corn and a small portion of the green part of the Green Onions. Add in salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste. Leave on low.

Slather salmon with olive oil, and add salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
6.
Once salmon is taken out, add the garnishes on top, lightly sprinkling with the leftover green onion pieces.
