In a Blender, combine raspberries, powdered sugar and lemon juice, and puree.

Put raspberry puree through a strainer. Pour one-third into the glasses. Combine remaining puree with yogurt, milk, heavy cream, and blend thoroughly. Pour raspberries yogurt mixture onto the raspberry puree.

For the garnish, cut halfway through the lemon slices and twist into a spiral. Arrange lemon slices, raspberries, and lemon balm leaves or mint sprigs on toothpicks and use to garnish drinks.
