Rosemary Baked Potato Wedges

These tasty oven baked potato wedges are crispy with the help of seasoned bread crumbs.

Ingredients

tbsp plus 1 tsp olive oil

tbsp plus 1 tsp butter, melted
3 1/4
lb Yukon Gold potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
1/2
cup flour
1/2
cup bread crumbs
1
tbsp plus 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
2
tsp garlic powder
2
tsp onion powder
2
tsp salt
Directions
1.
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Prepare 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.

Stir together the olive oil and melted butter. Place the potato wedges in a large bowl; pour the butter mixture over the potatoes, tossing, making sure potatoes are evenly coated. Mix together the flour, bread crumbs, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; add to the potatoes and stir. Spread the potato wedges in single layers on the baking sheets.

Bake in the preheated oven until browned, occasionally moving the sheets around to assure even baking, about 30 minutes.
