Chicken Chimichangas

Ingredients

ozs pkg cream cheese
8
ozs pkg shredded pepperjack cheese
3/2
tbsp taco seasoning
1
lb cooked chicken, shredded
8
flour tortillas
cooking spray
green onion for garnish
sour cream
salsa
Directions
1.
Stir together cream cheese, pepperjack cheese and taco seasoning. Fold into shredded chicken. Divide among tortillas.
2.
Tuck in sides and roll up each tortilla.
3.
Lay seam side down on sprayed baking dish.
4.
Spray tops of tortilla with cooking spray.
5.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn chimis over and bake additional 15 minutes.
6.
Serve with chopped green onion, sour cream and salsa.
