Aunt Dena’S Breakfast Casserole

This was served at the bridal shower for Erin, given at Susan Sarver’s house. It is a great Christmas morning recipe!

Ingredients
1
lb bulk pork sausage
1
medium red onion, finely chopped
1
medium red pepper, finely chopped
1
medium green pepper, finely chopped
8
ozs shredded cheddar cheese
3
heaping tbs flour
2
frozen hash browns, thawed
10
eggs
1
cup ranch salad dressing
1/2
cup milk
Directions
1.
Brown the first four ingredients together.

Then mix with cheese, flour and hash browns.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the ranch dressing, milk and a bit of tabasco (to taste). I also add oregano, Italian seasoning and dry mustard. You can actually add any taste you like. (I like to add chopped green chilies.)

Add all this to the sausage mixture and pour into a 9 X 13 pan.
5.
Bake at 325 for 45 min to one hour (until set in center)
