Aunt Dena’s best friend’s Mother’s best friend had a wonderful and easy recipe for popovers. They make a delicious (and kind of fancy) addition to any dinner. ~ Aunt Dena

Ingredients
3
eggs, beaten
1
cup flour
1
cup milk, warmed
1
tbsp oil
pinch of salt
Directions
1.
The only “no-no” is to use plastic. You have to use a glass or metal bowl in the preparation.
2.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Use a popover pan if you have one, otherwise a muffin tin will do.
3.
Makes 6 big or 12 small popovers.
