Crab Dip

My version of the crab dip recipe...my mom makes it with mayo instead of sour cream. You can add any other ingredients you want to taste. ~ Kristina

Ingredients

packages imitation crab meat
1
bunch green onion
8
ozs lite sour cream
8
ozs 1/3 fat cream cheese
garlic salt
Directions
1.
Chop green onion into small pieces- use the whole bunch and put in a large mixing bowl.
2.
Chop crab meat into chunks and add to bowl.
3.
Add 8 oz sour cream and mix.
4.
Soften 8 oz cream cheese (I put in the microwave on a plate for 45 seconds) and add to bowl.
5.
Mix well and add garlic salt to taste.
6.
Refrigerate and serve with chips or crackers (I often use baked pretzel crisps)
7.
** This makes a large batch, cut ingredients in half for a small batch.
