Mutton And Chana Daal

This is a great recipe, delicious, nutritious and satisfying.

Ingredients
400
gr boneless mutton
100
gr boneless mince
3/4
cup chana daal soaked
1
cup yoghurt
ginger
garlic
garam masala powder
red chilli powder
turmeric powder
coriander powder
1/2
cup onions sliced
green chillies chopped
fresh coriander chopped
bay leaf
Directions
1.
Mix red chilli powder, yoghurt, salt, ginger and garlic and marinate the mutton for at least 4 hours.
2.
Heat oil, and put the garam masala and bay leaf in the pan.
3.
Add onions and green chillies.
4.
Add mince and turmeric powder and fry.
5.
When mince is cooked, add chilli powder, coriander powder and sauté.
6.
Next add ginger and garlic paste and salt. Add chana daal and water, and cook til daal is slightly cooked.
7.
Finally add the mutton and coriander, and cook in a pressure cooker for one whistle. Then lower flame for 20-25 mins, and serve hot.
