Pesto Stuffed Tomatoes

Easy to eat, fresh and Italian tasting! Great for summer BBQ's and to serve before pasta dishes

Ingredients
1
x punnet of cherry tomatoes
3
x tablespoons of pesto
1
x tablespoon of creme fraiche
grated parmesan
basil leaves to decorate the plate
Directions
1.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds.
2.
In a bow mix together the pesto and creme fraiche and then spoon some of the mixture into the tomato shells.
3.
Sprinkle the top with a little grated Parmesan and serve with basil leaves scattered about on the plate.
