Broccoli Slaw

Yummy. I find that I don't always use the entire amount of dressing over the salad as it gets too runny. Sometimes I only do 1/2 the dressing for the full salad amount.

Ingredients

package Beef Raman Noodles
3/4
cup canola oil
1/2
cup sugar
1/3
cup rice wine vinegar
1
cup sunflower seeds
1
cup slivered almonds
1
bunch green onions sliced
1
package Broccoli Slaw Mix
Directions
1.
Mix the oil, sugar, and vinegar with the flavor packets from the Raman Noodles. Cover and put in refrigerator for at least an hour.
2.
Pound the noodles and put in a big bowl with the nuts.
3.
Slice the green onions and add.
4.
Add the broccoli slaw mix
5.
Dress just before serving.
