Vidalia Onion Casserole

This can replace any starch in a menu

Ingredients
4
cups of sliced vidalia oniona
1
stick of butter
1
small can evaporated milk
parmesean cheese
ritz crackers
Directions
1.
Saute onions in butter until almost limp, then add 1/2 of milk. Place 1/2 of mixture in a casserole dish. Compeltely sprinkle this with parmesean cheese then with crumbled Ritz crackers. Layer rest of onions, then cheese, and then crackers. Dribble other half of milk over top of crackers. Bake at 325 for 30 - 40 minutes or until light brown.
