Mimi's Twiced Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

potatoes baked
4
oz cream cheese
4
oz sour cream
1/4
cup milk
1/2
stick of butter
1/4
cup jalsburg shredded cheese
2
tbsp fine chopped onion
salt & pepper
garlic salt
parsley & chives to top
Directions
1.
Bake potatoes

Slice in half and scoop out 1/3 to 1/2 of potatoe while hot
3.
Melt butter and mix with milk, cheese, onion, sour cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and the insides of the potatoes. Mix in the mixer until smooth (no lumps)
4.
Place inside the skins and sprinkle parsley and chives.
5.
Let set in fridge. Can be left overnight or until ready to serve.
6.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
