Smoked Salmon Bruschetta

This is Mimi's favorite appetizer!

Ingredients

loaf bruschetta or french bread (can be a little stale)
1
package of Smoked Salmon (I use Scottish, not Jewish)
1
container of chive cream cheese
capers
thinly sliced red onion
1/4
cup olive oil
1
tbsp minced garlic
Directions
1.
Mix olive oil and garlic. Slice bread and brush oil/garlic mix on each slice. Put on a cookie sheet. Place in oven at 350 until warm and slightly toasted (5 min). Put some of the cream cheese on each slice, then capers and a little onion slice, cover with the salmon.
