Tomatoes With Basil And Mozzarella

This is wonderful in summer when you can use fresh tomatoes and basil. It can also be diced up and served on bruschetta for an appetizer.

Ingredients
4
sliced tomatoes
1
large mozzarella ball
1
package fresh basil or handpicked
good olive oil
good basalmic vinegar
minced garlic
Directions
1.
Slice tomatoes, or peel and remove seeds and cut into chuncks
2.
Slice Mozzarella, one for each tomato or cut into chunks same size as tomatoes if making bruschetta
3.
Sprinkle Oil and garlic over tomatoes.
4.
Put on the Mozzarella
5.
Sprinkle sliced garlic
6.
Drizzle Basalmic vinegar
7.
Let sit for 30 minutes then serve as side of if chuncked, put on bruschetta.
