Momma D's Baked Pork Chops

These are so tender and yummy!

Ingredients

thick cut boneless pork chops (1 3/4 to 2 inch thick)
2
cans cream of mushroom soup
2
cans milk
1 1/2
cups flour
lots of garlic powder
olive oil
Directions
1.
Dredge pork chops in flour that is sprinkled with garlic powder (add some after every chop).
2.
Place in hot pan with olive oil to just cover bottom. Saute until brown on both sides.
3.
Line a pan with foil.
4.
Mix soup and milk and stir.
5.
Put a small amount in bottom of pan.
6.
Place pork chops in pan, sprinkle with more garlic powder.
7.
Pour remainder of soup/milk mix over chops and sprinkle with extra garlic powder.
8.
Start at 400 for 1 hour. Turn down heat to 350. After another 90 minutes check for tenderness. Should pull away easily. If not, continue in 15 minute increments.
