Roast Beef

This is one of my favorites and everyone else !

Serves 6people
Ingredients
start with your roast, any cut rump,eye or round works
1
large onion
salt/pepper
4
cans can beef broth
Directions
1.
Preheat oven at 375 place your roast upside down in your roasting pan and bake for half hour.
2.
Once that done take it out flip it over,slice your onion and place on top of the roast salt & pepper, pour your beef broth over that make sure to cover and place back in the oven for about 2 hours.
3.
You will know its done when you can poke it with a fork and it easily comes in and out of the beef,if it is not doing this then put it back in for another half hour.
4.
Once its done take it out of your pan, let cool before slicing. then to thicken your gravy take about 1/2 cup water and add 2 Tabl. of corn starch mix well add to your broth, keep stirring on low heat until thick add your beef and serve.
