Fudge Brownies

Most people can make brownies from a box in the store, but Summer Place Bakery Delight campers can make them from scratch. Enjoy these gooey, fudge brownies!

Ingredients

oz Unsalted Butter (melted)

oz Cocoa Powder
25
oz Granulated Sugar
16
oz Whole Eggs

tbsp Vanilla
8
oz All Purpose Flour

tsp Salt
Directions
1.
Melt Butter in a stainless steel pot on low heat. Whisk in cocoa and sugar one at a time, stir well.
2.
Remove pot from burner.
3.
Whisk eggs, vanilla and salt mixture in a bowl. Add ½ egg mixture to pot whisking constantly. Switch to rubber spatula and fold in remaining eggs until batter is smooth.
4.
Sift flour, sprinkling 1/3 at a time over batter, folding in gently.
5.
Line ½ sheet pan with parchment paper, spray with PAM and pour batter.
6.
Spread evenly then tap pan on counter top to burst any bubbles on the surface.
7.
Place in the middle of a center rack and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Rotate pan (so that front is in back) continue baking 10-15 minutes.
8.
Insert a toothpick to test for doneness. Toothpick should have some traces of fudgy cake-like batter, but not raw batter, that is the perfect time to remove from the oven.
9.
Let brownies cool in pan until room temperature. Use a wet knife to cut.
