Corn Souffle

Ingredients
1
can (15 oz) corn, with liquid
1
can (15 oz) creamed corn, with liquid
1
(8.5 oz) box Jiffy corn muffin mix, unprepared
1
cup sour cream
1/2
cup melted butter
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9" square baking dish.
2.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together except butter
3.
When souffle is almost cooked through pour melted butter over top and put it back in the oven to bake until souffle is golden brown and set in the middle.
4.
Recipe can be doubled, just bake in a 9x13 baking dish and add 10-15 minutes of cooking time to ensure that souffle sets.
