Baked Ziti

Ingredients
1
box Ziti
2
cups Bolognese sauce (see Bolognese recipe)
8
oz part skim ricotta
parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
Directions
1.
Mix sauce with Ricotta and some Parmesan
2.
Cook pasta with tsp of salt.
3.
Drain pasta and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
4.
Mix pasta with the sauce and cheeses.
5.
Top mixture with some Mozzarella and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
6.
Or cover with aluminum and freeze for baking another day.
