Chicken Caesar Salad

Really good for lunch the next day too.

Ingredients
olive oil
1
slice of white bread, crusts removed and cut into cubes
1
chicken breast fillet, cut into bite size pieces
2
baby gem lettuces, torn into pieces
2
tbsps grated cheddar
2
tbsps mayonaise
squeeze of lemon juice
1/2
garlic clove, crushed
1/2
tsp dijon mustard
few drops worcestershire sauce
few drops salad crean
Directions
1.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the bread and fry until golden brown. Remove from the frying pan and drain on kitchen paper.
2.
Add the chicken to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked. Remove from the pan.
3.
Combine the mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, worcestershire sauce and salad cream in a bowl. Toss together with the chicken and lettuce.
4.
Sprinkle the croutons on top and then serve and enjoy :D
