Banana Chip Muffins

These muffins are delicious. The first eight ingredients make a superb muffins base, which I use to make all sorts of muffins. Instead of bananas and chips, you can put in (a) 1.5 cups of blueberries; (b) 1 can pumpkin, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp ground cloves; or (c) 1.5 cups of shredded zucchini and 1 c. chocolate chips. Or be original!
