Best Oatmeal Cookies

These oatmeal cookies are Chasya's favorite! Filled with craisins, raisins, and chocolate chips, they don't need much added sugar for sweetness. This is a double recipe that makes 5 dozen cookies to stock the freezer, so halve this recipe if you don't need so many cookies.

cups whole wheat flour

tsp baking soda

cups oil

cups packed brown sugar

eggs

cup water or almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

cups rolled oats
1
cup raisins
1
cup craisins
1
cup chocolate chips
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350.

Stir together flour, salt, and baking soda.

In mixer bowl, cream together oil and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the egg, almond milk, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, then stir in the oats. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips, craisins, and raisins.

Drop by the teaspoonful onto cookie sheets, and press down a little to flatten.
5.
Bake for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove to wire racks to cool.
