Bread Machine Pizza Crust

This is the best pizza crust ever! Better than we have found in any pizza store! If you won't be using whole wheat flour, use only only 1 1/2 c. water and leave out the gluten. When the dough is ready, roll it out, spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, and bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. If you are really enterprising, roast vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, olives, purple onions, broccoli, mushrooms) in the oven while the dough is rising in the bread machine, and sprinkle those on top of the cheese.

tbsp vital wheat gluten

tsp yeast
Directions
1.
Place ingredients in the bread machine bowl in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough cycle; press Start.
