Crockpot Chili

This delicious chili is super easy to make. Serve with fresh bread for a full weekday dinner meal.

Ingredients

lb ground beef

onion, chopped
1
green bell pepper, chopped
1/4
tsp garlic powder
1
can (16 oz) red kidney or black beans, drained
1
can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 1/2
tbsp chili powder
1/2
tsp salt
1/2
tsp black pepper
1/2
tsp cumin
Directions
1.
Cook first four ingredients in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until beef is crumbly and no longer pink. Place mixture into crockpot.
2.
Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine.
3.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
4.
If desired, add flour to thicken sauce.
