Decadent Pecan Pie

I wouldn't call this recipe healthy, but this pecan pie is super easy and absolutely delicious for a Yom Tov dessert.

Ingredients

cup light brown sugar
1/4
cup white sugar
1/2
cup oil

eggs
1
tbsp flour
1
tbsp almond milk
1
tsp vanilla extract
1
cup chopped pecans
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in oil. Stir in brown sugar, white sugar, and flour; mix well. Add the milk, vanilla, and nuts, and mix well.
3.
Pour into an unbaked 9-in pie shell. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350. Bake for 45 minutes, or until done.
