Thai Satay Vegetable Stir Fry

Really easy and nommy, you can add chicken to it too if you want.

Ingredients

tbsps peanut butter
1
tbsp p sweet chilli sauce
1
tbsp p soy sauce
oil
small piece of ginger, peeled and grated
150
gs ready to wok noodles

gs stir fry pack of vegetables
25
gs dry roasted peanuts
Directions
1.
Mix the peanut butter, chilli sauce, soy sauce and 50ml of water together to make a sauce.
2.
Heat the oil in a wok and then stir fry the ginger and vegetables for 2 minutes. Add the noodles and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
3.
Push the vegetables and noodles to one side and add the sauce. Bring to the boil and then mix everything together.
4.
Add the peanuts and then serve and enjoy :)
