Chicken Satay Skewers

So good! Eat them with salad and some salad cream in pittas or wraps for a messy and fun dinner.

Ingredients
2
chicken breast fillets, cut into bitesize pieces

tbsps peanut butter
100
coconut cream
2
tbsps soy sauce
Directions
1.
Combine the coconut cream, soy sauce and peanut butter in a bowl. Put the chicken in the bowl too and marinade for at least 10-15 minutes.
2.
Soak some skewers in water for about 20 minutes while you're waiting for the chicken to marinate.
3.
Thread the chicken onto the skewers and then place under a pre-heated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked.
4.
Serve with salad and pittas or wraps (salad cream on top is amazing!) and enjoy!
