My Mother In Law's Meatballs

When I make this, I serve it over rice or orzo. Also good for Friday Night Appetizer.

Ingredients

Onion
3
cloves Garlic, minced
3
tbsp Flour
3
cups Boiling Water
2
cans Mushrooms
1 1/2
lb Minced Beef
1 1/2
lb Minced Veal
2
Eggs
1
Onion, minced
1
tsp Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika

tbsp Bread Crumbs
Directions
1.
Saute onion and garlic in pot.
2.
Add flour.
3.
Slowly add water, and then spices.
4.
Put in the 2 mushrooms cans. Let simmer 20 minutes.
5.
Meanwhile, mix meat, eggs, onion, spices and bread crumbs together.
6.
Form meatballs.
7.
Put in a pot of boiling water, and cook for 1 hour.
8.
Drain the meatballs and put them the sauce. Let in simmer in the sauce for another 30 minutes.
9.
If you want, you can make rice and serve the meatballs over it. Enjoy!
