Chop the sausages into thirds and squeeze into ball shapes. Put on a tray and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the pack instructions.

Mix the soy sauce, honey and orange juice together.

Heat a wok or frying pan and then add the oil. Add the garlic, ginger and chilli and stir fry for 1 minute. Put in the carrots and peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the sugar snap peas and spring onions and fry for an extra minute.

Mix in the noodles and the sausage balls, along with the soy sauce mixture. Cook for a final 1-2 minutes.

Serve with the sesame seeds sprinkled on top and enjoy!
