Keto Chocolate Mug Cake With Peanut Butter Cocoa Sauce

Great for a late night sweet tooth fix. Anytime my chocolate craving hits i mix up one of these super easy cakes and go nuts!

Ingredients

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp butter
1
egg
pinch of salt

tsp vanilla

tbsp coffee or other liquid of choice
1/4
tsp baking soda
1
tbsp sweetener
2
tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2
tbsp coconut flour
3
tbsp almond flour
1
tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2
tbsp peanut butter
pinch of salt
1/2
tbsp powdered sweetener
1/2
tbsp cocoa powder
1
few drops of vanilla
Directions
1.
Put the coconut oil and butter in a non tapered mug and microwave for 30 seconds or until completely melted. Add the egg and whisk it in quickly until completely combined. Add the salt, vanilla, and coffee then whisk again. Add all of the dry ingredients and stir until completely combined. Let this sit for a few minutes until it's thickened a bit. Microwave for 90 seconds. Let it cool for about 3 or 4 minutes then shake the mug until the cake feels loose. Flip the cup onto a plate or just dig into it with a spoon in the cup! For the sauce, place the coconut oil and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for a few seconds, just enough to soften it. Whisk it together until smooth then add the rest of the ingredients and whisk again. If you like it thicker you can refrigerate it for a bit. The sauce is enough for two mug cakes. Enjoy!
