Breaded Garlic Salmon

I make this as an appetizer, its comes out very pretty and is very good cold for Shabbos Day.

Ingredients
1/3
cup Vegetable Oil
1/4
cup Sugar
1/4
cup Mustard

tbsp White Vinegar
4
cloves Crushed Garlic
1
tsp Paprika
4
Salmon Fillets, skin off
1
cup Flavoured Bread Crumbs
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.
Whisk oil, sugar, mustard, vinegar, garlic and paprika. Put some aside.
3.
Place the crumbs in a shallow bowl. Dredge the salmon first in the sauce, and then in the crumbs, and put in a pan.
4.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
5.
Before serving, warm the remaining sauce and drizzle over the salmon.
