Tuna Tartare

Jennifer & Dave This recipe is from Ina Garten of the Food Network. After dining in the District one night, I decided I could make a tuna tartare like the girls had that night. Serve this on crackers or in mini martini glasses for individual servings or in a dip bowl with crackers on the side. Even people who aren't sure about raw fish have enjoyed this appetizer. This recipe serves 6 as a first course or 8 for cocktails
