Sauteed Green Beans and Mushrooms

Ingredients
3
cups of green beans (stem ends removed), halved crosswise
1
package of mushrooms (about 2 cups)
2
gloves of minced garlic
2
tbp of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1
tbsp of Chopped Cilantro
Directions
1.
Boil the green bean in preheated salted water for 5 minutes
2.
Drain the beans and place them in iced water for a couple of minutes, then drain them and set aside
3.
Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan, and sauté the mushroom for 5 minutes until tender
4.
Remove the mushrooms and add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive, the minced garlic and the drained green beans and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for a couple of minutes until you smell the aroma of the garlic
5.
Add the mushrooms and the cilantro. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes
6.
Serve as a side dish either hot or at room temperature
