Pepperoni Bread

A Christmas tradition.

Ingredients
2
loaves of rhodes frozen bread dough
2
package of sliced Pepperoni
shredded cheese (i use a pkg of taco and one of mozzarella per loaf)
seasonings: garlic, salt, basil, oregano
Directions
1.
Let dough thaw and rise according to instructions on package.
2.
Roll out dough on floured surface.
3.
Sprinkle lightly with seasonings of dried garlic, salt oregano and basil if you want.
4.
Cover entire surface with pepperoni
5.
Next cover pepperoni with shredded cheese.
6.
Start from one end and roll up like a jelly roll.
7.
Seal ends by pinching dough together
8.
Place on cookie sheet
9.
Brush with egg white.
10.
Bake according to bread dough instructions
