Macadamia Nut Crusted Chilean Sea Bass

This is a great recipe for a fabulous fish.

Ingredients

tbsp Olive oil

tbsp minced ginger
1
tbsp minced garlic
seasalt and pepper to taste
1/2
cup bread crumbs (or white corn flour)
1/2
cup macadamia nuts
4
tbsp butter at room temperature
1
tbsp fresh basil, minced
Directions
1.
Use a small cuisinart and mix the breadcrumbs and macadamia nuts, basil, and pepper.

In a small bowl combine the olive oil, ginger, garlic, and seasalt
3.
Preheat oven to 375.
4.
Place fish in the oil, ginger, garlic, and salt. You can let stand in a bowl for 30 to 60 minutes.
5.
In a shallow dish (or paper plate) put the breadcrumb, nut, basil, pepper mix.
6.
Place each fish fillet in the mixture and place crust side up on a lightly oil coated baking pan (or on nonstick foil).
7.
Bake for about 7 - 10 minutes or until flesh is completely white inside.
