Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients
1/4
cup firmly packed brown sugar
2
tbsp herbes de provence or dried italian seasoning
1
tsp ground coriander
1
tsp salt
1/4
tsp pepper
2
pork tenderloins
Directions
1.
Combine brown sugar, seasoning, coriander, salt, and pepper.
2.
Rub this mixture evenly into the pork.
3.
Place pork in large shallow dish or large zip-lock bag.
4.
Cover/seal and chill 2-4 hours.
5.
Place pork on a wire rack in a lightly greased roasting pan.
6.
Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
7.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake for 20-30 minutes.
8.
(Serve with Suzie's sauce: cherry pepper jelly)
