Ho Fun Noodles With Pork

You can substitute the pork for beef here.

Ingredients

pork fillet

tbsp p soy sauce
1
tbsp p sesame oil

noodles

tbsp p groundnut oil
1/2
onion, sliced into wedges
1
garlic clove, crushed
piece of ginger, chopped
1/4
red chilli, thinly sliced
100
broccoli
1/4
cabbage, sliced
Directions
1.
Slice the pork and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
2.
Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain well.
3.
Heat half of the groundnut oil in a wok and stir-fry the pork until evenly coloured. Remove and keep to one side.
4.
Add the remaining oil and stir-fry the onion, garlic, ginger and chilli for 1 minute.
5.
Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute.
6.
Add the pork with any marinade juices and stir until thoroughly heated and then spoon onto the noodles.
7.
Serve and enjoy!
