Carrot And Dill Soup

Ingredients

tbsp Butter
1/4
cup Yellow Onion, diced
1/4
cup Celery , diced

tsp Sugar
2
tbsp Cream Soup Base
1
tsp Dill Weed
1/2
tsp White Pepper
1
lb Carrot , cooked, pureed
4
cups Water
3
tbsp Corn Starch
4
ozs Cream
4
ozs Sour Cream
10
ozs Water
4
ozs Creamer, Non-dairy
Directions
1.
Saute onions, celery, pepper, sugar, dill, and soup base in butter.
2.
Add water and cooked pureed carrots.
3.
Add cornstarch/water slurry.
4.
Add cream and sour cream.
5.
Add creamer mixed in water.
6.
Simmer 30-40 minutes (temp 180 F).
7.
Serve immediately. If leftovers, keep refrigerated. Reheat product only once.
