Black Russian Cake

Ingredients
1
package Betty Crocker yellow cake mix (do not use Duncan Hines or Pillsbury)
1
package (4 1/2 oz.) chocolate Jello instant pudding mix
1
cup vegetable oil
4
eggs
1/4
cup vodka
1/4
cup Kahlua or coffee-flavored liqueur
3/4
cup water
Glaze
1/2
cup confectioner's sugar and additional Kahlua to make a thin paste
Directions
1.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, vodka, liqueur and water into a bowl.
2.
Beat 4 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
3.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cake will rise. Test for being done by inserting a knife into the center of the cake; it should come out clean.
4.
Cool ½ hour. Remove from pan.
5.
Pour glaze on top of the cake and it will dribble down the sides.
6.
Serve with vanilla ice cream!
