Fettine

A Nonna classic! A visit to Nonna's is always complete with a lunch of Fettine and homemade French Fries. This recipe is one of the Grandkid's favorite.

Ingredients
6
thin cutlets from beef bottom roast cut or pork loin cut
2
eggs
little salt and pepper
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil
Directions
1.
Dip fettine in beaten eggs with salt and pepper
2.
Roll the coated fettine in breadcrumbs and cover both sides
3.
Fry in hot/medium oil for 3-4 minutes
4.
Drain on paper towels and serve with squeezed lemon juice
