Heat 1/2 T of oil in large pot over med. heat. Add turkey mince and brown. Transfer turkey to a bowl and return pot to heat.

Add remaining 1/2 T oil, bell pepper and onion to cook until softened and golden brown. Add turkey with spices and salt and mix well. Add bay leaf, tomatillos chiles, jalepenos and broth. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 40 min, Adjust amount of broth/water to desired consistency.

Gently stir in beans and cook 30 minutes more. Stir in coriander at the very end, just before serving.

Garnish with a lime wedge and drizzled with sour cream.
