Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Grease small muffin tin or friand mould.

Place egg whites in a medium bowl, whisk lightly with fork until combined. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined.

Divide mixture evenly among baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes in pans then cool on wire racks.
