Brown chicken in olive oil and margarine and squeeze ½ of lemon into pan. Add garlic and fresh herbs. Take chicken out set aside and drain liquid from pan. Add more olive oil and stir in veggies, pepper, and garlic powder (the amount you like). While this is cooking a bit, cook noodles until they are a little chewy. Drain noodles and put into big bowl, add chicken and veggie mix. Mix together and squeeze the rest of the lemon into mixture. Serve with fresh parmesan cheese on top.
